The Tumbling program is all about teaching students how to tumble and flip with power and precision. The program goes through Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Our Beginner Tumbling class focuses on developing the initial coordination and strength required to support the human body on its hands and shift weight in the air. Students will be developing strong handstands, proper body control for cartwheels and the necessary flexibility in their shoulders to properly perform tumbling skills.

Acro/ Dance Tumble
In our Acro/ Dance Tumble class, the lessons are geared towards students who are also in dance or acrobatics classes. The skills they will work on will be beneficial in advancing in their other sports. Ariels, leaps, and handsprings are the main focus of the class. The students will also work on their flexibility and strength in order to perfect these skills correctly.

In our Advanced Tumbling class students take their Back Handsprings to the next level by learning connections and power as they develop multiple back handsprings into a series and start developing their standing back tuck and front tucks.
(An evaluation during a trial class or set up with our Program Director is required for enrollment.)
