Competitive Teams
Our gym has competes through the USAG program. We have teams for the USAG Compulsory Program, Optional Program, and Xcel Program. Contact us if you are interested in joining one of our competitive teams!
PreTeam
Our PreTeam is the stepping stone between recreational gymnastics and competitive gymnastics. This group does not compete, however, they practice similarly to our competitive groups to ensure they are fully prepared for the commitment of competitive gymnastics.
Compulsory Program
The USAG Compulsory Program is comprised of 5 levels (level 1-5). These gymnasts compete in the Fall at typically 3-6 meets per season. Contact our gym for additional information.
Xcel Team
Xcel Gymnastics progresses through the levels in the order of: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire. This is an alternative program to the traditional Levels 1-10, however, equally competitive. Contact our gym for additional information about this team.
Optionals Team
The Optionals Program progresses through Levels 6-10. Contact our gym for additional information.
