Our recreational gymnastics program is designed to maximize fun while learning. We encourage all students to reach their full potential at their own pace. Classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning new and exciting skills. Classes in the REC program are ages 5 through 17.
This class is perfect for female students that are new to gymnastics. In this class, the student focuses on the fundamentals of gymnastics. Students are developing a solid understanding of skills and learning basic movements. Skills to be developed in this include cartwheels and handstands on floor, pullovers, and casts on bars, and proper springboard entry on vault, and beginning beam skills involving balance and movement.
Saturday 11:00 am
This class is for students who are new to the sport but need an extra challenging class. In this class, the students will be taught proper basic technique and use that knowledge to try more challenging skills. They will be introduced to vaulting by themselves, circling the bars, power skills on floor, and acro basics on the balance beam.

We also have boys recreational classes as well. In men's gymnastics, there are quite a few differences from women's gymnastics. In these classes, the students will learn the correct technique and basic skills directed specifically towards men's gymnastics. The students will have the opportunity not only learn amazing new skills but also advance their motor skills, strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
In our intermediate class, gymnasts will continue to develop their gymnastics, learning skills such as a kick-over and round-offs on floor, back hip circles and glide swings on bars, handstand flat backs and dive rolls on vault, and advanced beam skills such as jumps, handstands, and cartwheels.
(An evaluation during a trial class or set up with our Program Director is required for enrollment.)
