Recreational Gymnastics
There is something for everyone! Recreational gymnastics and the progress of every student is extremely important to us. Check out our variety of classes to find a fit for you.
USAG Competitive Teams
We have a strong USAG competitive team with gymnasts in Levels 2 - 6 as well as Xcel. We also have a Pre Team designed for young, determined gymnasts who are preparing to join a competitive team.
Please contact the office for more information on how to join- an evaluation and a meeting with the coaches is required.
Tricking!
Learn how to twist, kick, and flip with our new Tricking Program! Tricking combines movements seen in parkour, ninja, karate, and gymnastics all into one sport. Reach out for a trial on this new program!
Tumbling
We offer beginner and advanced tumbling classes for gymnasts who want to work specifically on floor exercise skills.
Camps
We host camps for all major holidays and a camp that lasts all summer long! Reach out the office or go to the Camp page to register.
Registration and an account in iClassPro is required before arrival.
Afterschool Care
Aftercare consists of after school pick-up, daily gymnastics lessons, free play, and homework help/ table time. Reach out to us if you are interested!
PreK Classes
We love our tiny gymnasts! There are two programs for our youngest students: Parent and Tot and PreK. Stay posted for new programs just for students 16 months-5 years!
Open Gym
Open Gym is hosted every other Saturday from 6 - 8 pm. Come practice any skill you want under the supervision of our amazing coaches.
