Monthly Tuitions​
​
We bill all accounts on the 25th of each month for the next month. On that date we will also run the automatic credit card process for everyone who has a card on file. If your account doesn’t have a card on file, you will be emailed an invoice for the next month. Tuition for the next month will be due on the 1st of each month. For any accounts not paid in full by the 5th of each month a $25 late fee will be added to the account. Any accounts not paid by the 15th of each month we will ask that the gymnasts not attend classes until the account is paid.​

Sibling Discount​
​
Families with multiple siblings signed up for classes will receive a 10% discount. This includes all of our recreational classes, team programs, aftercare, and camps (individual days). The sibling discount will not be applied to week long summer camp deals, open gyms, and parties. Ex. A family with two students, both enrolled in 55 minute classes. Ex. Student 1 is $95.00, student 2 is $85.50. Family monthly tuition is $180.50.

​ Absences and Holidays​
If your gymnast misses a class, they will receive a makeup token that they can use at any of our other available class times. Make-up tokens must be used within 30 days of the missed class. We do not issue refunds for missed classes or future absences. If the gym is closed due to an emergency situation (such as weather), your student will receive a make-up token. There are no refunds, prorated tuitions, or make-up classes for holiday gym closures. You can find all our gym closures on our website! Competitive team gymnasts do not receive make-up tokens or refunds for any absences regardless of the reason.​

​Class Transfers and Cancellations​
​
If you would like your student to switch to another class, let us know. Class transfers are free, you can transfer at any time, and they require little notice. If you would like to drop an enrollment, we do require a 30-days-notice. Immediate class drops will result in a No Notice Fee of $30.00.
Recreation Registration/Waiver Form
This form is mandatory for all gymnasts to participate in class. If you are coming in for a free trial class this wavier needs to be filled out before your child can attend the free trial class. The form can be printed at home and brought the same day as your first class. Please click the download button above to view/print the wavier. We are excited to have you join our TGA Family.
Team Registration/Wavier Form
This form is mandatory for all our team girls. This form must be filled out and completed before the first day of team practice. Please download, complete and bring this registration/waiver to your class. Please remember to initial all required areas, sign and bring with you to save time. We are excited to have you join our TGA Family.
